From a small woodshop in a basement, furniture is born. Tables, bookshelves, toy boxes come to life. While hardly a gifted practitioner, learning new techniques and using both hand and power tools is my mission. Remember, nothing happens without sawdust!

Composition
Giving life to my faith in
a God who smiles, I write original compositions for
voice. Church hymns, Christmas carols, songs of an
abiding joy. And having inflicted them on the
congregation of Zion Lutheran, Huron, Ohio over these
years, I am constantly amazed at what a pastor is able
to get a congregation to do! They have been gracious
and I have appreciated their kind words.
Computer Networks
Having built my first computer in 1977 to code and decode Morse Code as an Amateur Radio operator (KB6X), I have hard wired and hand coded programs in Assembly Language, BASIC, C+, HTML, Perl, Javascript, PHP, and the like. I run and manage a Linux server system and maintain the LAN. I also design and manage websites for non-profit organizations. A lot of electrons have given their all for me.
